300 series coalbed methane gas generator set are suitable for the power generation of coal mine
methane gas with methane concentration greater than 8%.
POWERMAX 300 Series Gas Generator Sets feature a large 300 mm cylinder bore, 380 mm stroke, low-speed operation, and high power reserve capacity, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Operating primarily at 500 rpm and 600 rpm, the series covers a power range from 400 kW to 3,000 kW.Designed for stable and reliable operation, the generator sets offer easy maintenance and are capable of continuous full-load operation over extended periods. Waste heat from exhaust gases can be effectively recovered and utilized, enabling combined heat and power (CHP) generation and maximizing overall energy efficiency, with a total thermal efficiency exceeding 70%.
The 300 Series Gas Generator Sets are capable of supplying low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical output. Combined with flexible control configurations and proven operational reliability, the series has become one of the most widely exported products in its power class worldwide.
