Cyplan ORC

Transforming Waste Heat into Reliable and Efficient Power
Powermax Energy delivers highly adaptable ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) power generation solutions designed to recover energy from a broad range of heat sources and heat transfer media. Every system is engineered to match the specific requirements of each project, providing complete turnkey solutions from design and integration to commissioning and technical support. By seamlessly incorporating the ORC system into existing industrial processes without affecting core operations, Powermax Energy enables customers to convert otherwise wasted thermal energy into valuable electricity and useful heat. This improves overall energy efficiency, reduces operating costs, and supports more sustainable and environmentally responsible operations.

Operating Principle

The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) is an advanced power generation technology that operates on the same thermodynamic principle as the conventional Rankine cycle but uses a low-boiling-point organic working fluid instead of water. This enables efficient electricity generation from low-temperature heat sources that are unsuitable for traditional steam systems.

In an ORC system, the working fluid is pressurized, heated, vaporized, and expanded through a turbine to generate electricity before being condensed and continuously recirculated in a closed loop. Powermax Energy ORC solutions can recover waste heat from sources as low as 80°C, significantly expanding the range of recoverable thermal energy while improving overall energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
