About Powermax ORC Power Generation

The system integrates a Gasifier with an Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) power generation technology, enabling the efficient and clean conversion of solid fuels into electrical energy.
The gasifier converts biomass or low-grade solid fuels into combustible syngas under oxygen-deficient conditions. After purification and stabilization, the syngas is used to drive the power output on the gas generation side. Meanwhile, system waste heat is recovered through the ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) module, which uses an organic working fluid instead of water as the circulating medium, enabling secondary power generation under low-temperature heat source conditions.

Through the coordinated optimization of gasification-based power generation and low-temperature ORC waste heat recovery, the system achieves high energy utilization efficiency and maximized overall system performance.
