Biomass Gas Power Generation
WHAT is Biomass Gas
Biomass gas is clean, renewable combustible fuel produced from agricultural, forestry, industrial and organic waste, split into two categories: gasification syngas and anaerobic biogas.
Feedstocks including straw, wood chips, rice husks, bagasse, livestock manure, kitchen waste and forest branches undergo high-temperature oxygen-limited gasification or microbial anaerobic fermentation, creating mixed flammable gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and methane.
Biomass absorbs carbon as it grows, delivering nearly zero carbon emissions over its full lifecycle. After dust removal, desulfurization and impurity filtering, the gas has stable, compliant heat value and works seamlessly with all Powermax Energy generator sets, turning waste into electricity.

HOW to use Biomass Gas?
Powermax Energy provides two customizable biomass gas plant solutions tailored to customers’ gas sources for fast deployment:
Full Turnkey Plant: Biomass Gas Production + Power Generation
Complete EPC one-stop service covering the full workflow: biomass waste processing, gasification/anaerobic fermentation, gas purification and power generation equipment plus construction. We handle the entire chain — turning raw organic waste into usable gas through to grid-connected self-power use — and process all local organic waste on-site.

Power Generation with Existing Biomass Gas Supply
For clients with stable self-produced biomass gas, we deliver dedicated biomass gas generators, control panels and grid connection accessories. Gas connects directly to generators, with short construction cycles and low upfront investment. Best for factories with consistent in-house gas supply.
